In the first programme of the series, Alun Elidyr will be in Ceredigion, looking at the new coastal path. He'll be speaking to the path's Warden about the preparation work.
Iola Wyn will be in St Clears meeting Dyfrig and Elizabeth Davies who have diversified by adapting old stone buildings on their dairy farm into a spa and leisure centre.
Mererid Wigley is in Pembrokeshire looking at this year's visitor numbers and their coastal path and Daloni Metcalfe will be in Llanbrynmair, meeting a farmer who manages to combine farming with singing. Aled Wyn Davies is a tenor who is a familiar face on Wales' Eisteddfod stages.
